Toni and Richard Rangel

Richard and Toni Rangel will celebrate their 40th. Wedding Anniversary on Tuesday November 10, 2009 there will be an open house on Sunday afternoon 12:30 - 2:30 November 8, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Parish Center in Rapid City.
They were married in Omaha, NB. Their children are Regina Richard, Matthew Rangel, Mario Rangel and Chris Rangel, all of Rapid City, SD. They have eight grandchildren, Andre' and Terence Richard, Joseph, Isaac, Isabelle, David, Gianna and Elijah Rangel all of Rapid City.
