Cecelia Montgomery will celebrate her 99th birthday Sunday, November 1st, 2009. There will be an open house at the Mother Butler Center at 1:00 pm.
She was born November 2nd, 1910 at the Pine Ridge Reservation in Kyle, SD.
Her children are Sharon Richards of Rapid City, SD; Cheryl Castillo of Rapid City, SD; and Robert Montgomery of Rapid City, SD.
She has 17 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
