Standard wedding announcements include a photo and the information on this form. They are printed in the Journal and placed online free one time on Sundays only. First and last names are required for all the people mentioned. For example, John and Jane Doe, not Mr. and Mrs. John Doe.
The deadline is noon Wednesday to be in the following Sunday's paper.
